Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport

Very nice place to stay for business. I stayed for about a week and was very comfortable here. Clean, updated, and spacious room. The bed was comfortable. Elevators consistently arrived quickly and there were many of them. Free airport shuttle that leaves every 15 mins is a nice plus.

We stayed here as a family with child and absolutely loved it! The hotel is super easy to get to—right by the airport and really convenient after a long flight. The rooms are huge, very clean, and comfortable, which made it great for the kids to have some space to relax. Everything felt new and well taken care of, and we didn’t hear any airplane noise at all, which was a nice surprise! The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. Perfect place to stay if you’re flying in or out of San Francisco—great for families and very stress-free. We’ll definitely stay here

A great hotel close to the airport. I was visiting for business and spent four nights at this hotel. The gym is fantastic, especially for a hotel. I liked that it was a short walk to the Bay trail for some fresh air. The staff are all very kind and attentive. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

Comfy, firm bed! Only thing I "missed" was the ability to look out over the bay while eating. Seemed odd to not have a dining view. View from room was great, though! Somewhat walkable area - sushi restaurant, coffee shop, pharmacy, and Bay Trail (paved). Airport shuttle was very convenient. Restaurant on site had good selections. Good desk/workspace in room. Very pleased overall!

The pros: -Checkin staff was very helpful -Room and hotel were clean and comfortable. Great atrium area where we could eat in The cons: -Curtains in our room were broken, so we couldn't darken the room at night. Once we put enough force to get the curtains down, they wouldn't go up, so we couldn't get light during the day -Thin walls- could hear the TV all night from the room next door. -Pool and gym regularly out of towels. asked them to replenish and they said they couldn't, because they were all in the wash. So our kids would just have to walk dripping from the pool back up to the room.

I absolutely love this hotel. I’ve stayed here for work and each and every time it’s been absolutely amazing! I want to give a special shout out to Justin over at the Cafe who’s always treating members with such kindness and warmness. He never forgot to smile; which turned your day around. It makes those short layovers just that much more enjoyable. Thank you Justin for making the Hyatt a home away from home :)

Stayed here for a few nights and overall had a great experience! We chose this spot because the location is super convenient, it’s the perfect middle ground if you have meetings in both San Mateo and SF. The Hotel & Rooms: The hotel itself is beautiful, especially that massive atrium when you first walk in. Our room was spacious, super clean, and felt very fresh. It looks like the bathrooms have been renovated recently, which was a nice touch. Definitely felt like a high-end stay. Service & Amenities: The staff were all really nice and professional. Also, the parking garage is huge, so you never have to worry about finding a spot, which is a big plus for an airport-adjacent hotel. The Downsides: The only real drawback is the "sticker shock" at the end. The resort fees are pretty steep, and the daily parking cost is definitely on the higher side. Just something to keep in mind for your budget!
